Setting up laundry service is easy! Send us an email and we'll be in contact with you as soon as possible.

Our standard turnaround is 2 days and is included in our service (no extra fee). If you need it back sooner please let us know so we can make arrangements.

We ask that you ensure all items have been removed prior to pick-up. We do check machines, but we are not responsible for damage to items like watches, jewelry, or cash left in pockets. Any found items will be returned in a sealed bag.

A fee of $30 may be charged for missed slots. Avoid this by rescheduling at least 3 hours before your scheduled time.

Regular clients can be billed weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. One-off services must be paid within 3 working days via bank transfer (details provided on your invoice).

Dry Cleaning is unavailable at this time.

We can collect/leave items at an agreed safe place or you can provide a key to a locker/business area.

Absolutely not! Each customer's laundry is processed individually in its own machine cycle.

You can use any bag or basket for your first pick-up. We will provide a dedicated laundry bag for all future regular services.
